Required Ingredients
Fresher Jhatpat Hot Garlic Sauce 1 Packet
Boneless Chicken Breast Slices 200 g
Corn Flour 4 ~ 5 tbsp.
Egg 2 ~ 3 tbsp., whisked
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp.
Capsicum 1 medium, diced
Red Onion 1 medium, diced
Button Mushroom 2 nos., sliced
Baby Corn 2 nos., thick round slices
Green Onion 1/2 cup, shredded
Dry Red Chili 3 ~ 4, round or long
Ginger 1 tbsp., julienne
Oil for frying
Steps of Cooking
Mix chicken, egg, soya sauce and corn flour in a bowl.
Fry chicken in hot oil. Remove from oil when golden brown.
Pour sauce and water 1 cup (200ml) in a cooking pot.
Add red onion, ginger, capsicum, mushroom, baby corn, fried chicken, red chili and green onion respectively.
Cook up to desired thickness and perfection. Garnish with green onion.
Serve hot with fried / boiled rice.
