Required Ingredients

  • Fresher Jhatpat Hot Garlic Sauce 1 Packet
  • Boneless Chicken Breast Slices 200 g
  • Corn Flour 4 ~ 5 tbsp.
  • Egg 2 ~ 3 tbsp., whisked
  • Soya Sauce 2 tbsp.
  • Capsicum 1 medium, diced
  • Red Onion 1 medium, diced
  • Button Mushroom 2 nos., sliced
  • Baby Corn 2 nos., thick round slices
  • Green Onion 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Dry Red Chili 3 ~ 4, round or long
  • Ginger 1 tbsp., julienne
  • Oil for frying

Steps of Cooking

  • Mix chicken, egg, soya sauce and corn flour in a bowl.
  • Fry chicken in hot oil. Remove from oil when golden brown.
  • Pour sauce and water 1 cup (200ml) in a cooking pot.
  • Add red onion, ginger, capsicum, mushroom, baby corn, fried chicken, red chili and green onion respectively.
  • Cook up to desired thickness and perfection. Garnish with green onion.
  • Serve hot with fried / boiled rice.
