Required Ingredients

  • Fresher Jhatpat Manchurian Sauce 1 Packet
  • Boneless Chicken Chunks 200 g
  • Corn Flour 4 ~ 5 tbsp.
  • Egg 2 ~ 3 tbsp., whisked
  • Soya Sauce 2 tbsp.
  • Green Onion 1/3 cup, chopped
  • Oil for frying

Steps of Cooking

  • Mix chicken, egg, soya sauce and corn flour in a bowl.
  • Fry chicken in hot oil. Remove from oil when golden brown.
  • Pour sauce and water 1 cup (200ml) in a cooking pot and add fried chicken.
  • Cook up to desired thickness and perfection. Garnish with green onion.
  • Serve hot with fried / boiled rice.
