Required Ingredients
Fresher Jhatpat Manchurian Sauce 1 Packet
Boneless Chicken Chunks 200 g
Corn Flour 4 ~ 5 tbsp.
Egg 2 ~ 3 tbsp., whisked
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp.
Green Onion 1/3 cup, chopped
Oil for frying
Steps of Cooking
Mix chicken, egg, soya sauce and corn flour in a bowl.
Fry chicken in hot oil. Remove from oil when golden brown.
Pour sauce and water 1 cup (200ml) in a cooking pot and add fried chicken.
Cook up to desired thickness and perfection. Garnish with green onion.
Serve hot with fried / boiled rice.
