Required Ingredients
Fresher Jhatpat Sweet & Sour Sauce 1 Packet
Boneless Chicken Breast Slices 200 g
Corn Flour 4 ~ 5 tbsp.
Egg 2 ~ 3 tbsp., whisked
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp.
Capsicum 1 small, diced
Carrot 1 small, sliced in round
Cabbage 1/2 cup, cut in square
Pineapple Chunks 1/2 cup
Green Onion 1/3 cup, chopped
Oil for frying
Steps of Cooking
Mix chicken, egg, soya sauce and corn flour in a bowl.
Fry chicken in hot oil. Remove from oil when golden brown.
Pour sauce and water 1 cup (200ml) in a cooking pot, add carrot and cook until tender.
Add capsicum, cabbage, pineapple and fried chicken respectively.
Cook up to desired thickness and perfection. Garnish with green onion.
Serve hot with fried / boiled rice.
